If you connect to your joy, then you will be living more into your truth. I am here to observe, and share the connections between Thoughts, feelings, and actions. I believe Mediation and mindful practices are part of the journey.
Mindful practices heighten awareness of the present moment, which in return allows you to make conscious choices.
It’s aplace for you to about love, fun, compassion, boldness, kindness, community, transformation, and encouragement.
What’s up with meditating?
“Time heals and reveals everything.”
Our minds love to make thoughts -60,000 to 80,000 daily. This will never change. The mind wanders and continues to distract you. It’s a domino effect when one thought adds to a story or limited belief. Then, we continue to be in a state that holds us back from what we desire.
What can transform is how we engage with our thoughts and emotions. Meditation allows us to connect our being, natural state by putting the attention to the breath and letting go everything else around.
Is it hard? Hell yeah.
“I will take the challenge.”
Take the challenge to continue to practice over being overwhelmed, putting out emotional fires inside/outside my head, or contine to apologize for overreacting at the smallest things.
For me, meditation is a non-negiatble practice. It allows me to explore my mind, heart, and body with present moment. Meditation gives me time to regain perspective, enhance my awareness and renew my inner peace. In return, I have more patience. My joyful life continues by living my truth!
